Our Studio Rental Provides What You Need for Production
Located between New York and Boston, just 15 minutes from Hartford, our private facilities offer a variety of production spaces for your videos and photo shoots.
Studio 1
Our 1,400 square foot Studio 1 will give you what you need for your video project or campaign. Complete with a 15 x 15 foot Fiberglass Green Screen Cyclorama, it also offers a Broadcast Set with change-out sign panels, custom LED lighting, two large screen TV monitors, and professional broadcast anchor desk. The studio also offers a fully working customizable Kitchen/Hobby Display Set, and a four person Interview Set. The lighting grid houses over 40 RGB LED lights staged by Emmy Award winning industry pros and broadcast quality cameras with a broadcast quality Control Room round out Studio 1. Prefer your own gear? Bring it with you through our studio access doors, loading dock or ramp.

For your guests, they can enjoy the privacy of a large washroom equipped with multiple mirrors and the space they need to prepare themselves for the shoot with their makeup artist and hair stylist. Our Green Room has a proper chef’s serving table, a 65 inch TV, and many outlets for laptops and phones.
Our edit suites offer you a quiet space to complete your work. We use the latest Adobe Creative Suite software and network storage to back up your project.

Chris Bennett
Director of Technology & Production Services
Chris Bennett has been in the video production industry for almost 20 years specializing in video engineering and production management with a passion for editing. Receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications, Chris spent his early career in southern Connecticut before finding his way to the Farmington Valley. As Director of the Production Department, he oversees all areas of production and drives technical innovations for Nutmeg TV with a concentration on the latest tech advancements in digital media and IT.
While technology and video production are areas of focus at work, Chris enjoys spending summer days in Eastern Connecticut on his boat with his rescue dog Suzy, building model railroads, and volunteering in the community.

Nathan Dionne
Production specialist
Nathan Dionne has a love for event production and sound engineering. Having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Sound Recording from the University of New Haven, Nathan continued to grow his expertise by directing various studio and field events. He fulfills production needs for Nutmeg TV in the studio and the field, while also scheduling television programming, and administrating our legacy media services.
Outside of his work, Nathan enjoys learning about music, writing, video games and working out.

Richard Contrastano
Production Specialist / Drone Pilot
Richard Contrastano is an audio, video and film professional with over 30 years of experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Central Connecticut State University. Licensed as a FAA Drone Pilot, FCC Lifetime Radio Operator and Film Projectionist, he is well versed in 16mm and 35 mm film and a professional stock footage contributor. Having worked for United Artists, TCI, AT&T and Comcast cable as a video producer/editor, his script writing, videography and editing have earned professional recognition, 7 Telly Awards, 2 Hermes Creative Awards and Communicator Award. TV Commercials, podcasts, real estate videos and drone work are second nature to Rich. His primary focus at Nutmeg TV is producing video content, and our legacy media specialist digitizing film, slides, photos and home movies for customers.
Easy to work with and a joy to know, Rich gives back to his community as a Deputy Registrar of Voters in Canton and active at his local church. He enjoys classic rock and jazz music, learning about American history and a fan of the original Star Wars Trilogy.
